FOR SALE 1969 MGC GT Fully Restored 1969 MGC GT With Air Condi9oning The MGC GT has a 2.9 liter inline six and a 4-speed w/overdrive. This one is somewhat rare in that it has air conditioning. Bill Walton, with the Carolinas Austin-Healey Club, bought it in 2017, and did the following maintenance/upgrade items (I bought the car from him in Jan, 2024): Replaced all brake components including rebuilt calipers, new wheel cylinders, new master cylinder, new brake pads/shoes, new flex hoses. -Converted the brake fluid to DOT 5 -New clutch master and slave cylinder New water pump New Minilite Wheels and 185/70-15 Vredestein Tires Installed new original style air filters Had the distributor rebuilt New hoses New fuel pump Had radiator serviced Replaced the overflow tank More Recent Items PO completed: Adjusted the valves and set the timing Had Ceramic Coating applied to the paint Installed LED brake lights Replaced trans oil, serviced OD filter, changed differential gear oil Frequent engine oil changes w/VR1 20w-50 Since I bought the MGC in Jan, 2024: New WOSP Gear Reduction Starter Had handbrake adjusted to full usage New rear brake shoes, drums, wheel cylinders -Repaired Pioneer AM/FM/CD to fully function (NOTE: Speedometer does not work, but Odometer does) The car has won a number of awards.
